Set Up

Event Night! 

May 17-22  8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

May 22,  8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m.

Help transform the gym and surrounding areas into the "Magic" that is Project Grad!  
Decorate! Blow up Balloons! Feed our Hungry Volunteers!
Anyone who can use a power drill is very popular
during set up!

Volunteering on event night is lots of fun! Help our graduates celebrate by dealing Black Jack or Poker in the Casino, making appointments in the Salon, running the carnival games or showing movies in the theater.  Volunteers are needed to support all areas at the event.  There is something for everyone and flexible shifts are available!

Event Night Food

Clean Up! 

May 22 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m.

May 23 5:00-9:00 a.m. 

Volunteers are needed to serve food to our graduates throughout the night.
Volunteers are needed to take down the outside
decorations and clean up before school begins for the day.

More Clean Up!

Volunteer Orientation

May 26th 8:00 a.m. until we are done!

May 16 7:00 p.m.
May 19 9:00 a.m.

Volunteers are needed to help take down and store the decorations in the loft for next year's event.   

All event night volunteers are asked to attend a brief orientation session.  All volunteers need to be aware of Project Grad's event night policies and safety procedures.  It also gives you the opportuninty to see where you will be working and ask any questions that you may have.  Parking passes will be distributed as well.

Note:  All Event Night Volunteers should be at least 4 years post high school graduation and are REQUIRED to attend a brief safety orientation session prior to the event.

Stan Winetrobe Memorial
     Stan has been an enthusiastic supporter and tireless volunteer at Project Grad for many years. He has been a dear friend to all of us here at Project Grad and our hearts are broken. ​​

     Stan had a strong belief in our mission to provide a safe and sober graduation celebration with the goal of keeping our seniors and our community safe on graduation night. 
He will never be forgotten.

Our Mission
     Project Graduation is an alcohol and drug free all-night graduation celebration for high school seniors and is modeled after the National Grad Night Network established by the U.S. Department of Transportation.  The mission of Project Graduation is to save young lives by providing safe and sober graduation night celebrations at each of the Amphi high school campuses on their respective graduation nights.
Project Grad is a Nighthawk Tradition

     Since 2004, Project Grad has been has been a highly anticipated rite of passage for our graduating seniors. Parents, teachers, community members and local businesses partner to provide our graduates with a fun and exciting event where they can celebrate their graduation night in a safe, alcohol and drug free setting.
